Joseph Pulitzer raised money from Americans to build the foundation for the Statue of Liberty onto of the fort here. He tries making his rich friends donate to liberty, but they disliked himaftrr that. So Pulitzer changed the name of his newspaper to a global name from regional name and publishes the names of people that donated any amount of money. 8 year olds raised a majority of the money by sending in coins they picked up off the street. When a child's name was published, relatives bought more papers... I like this concept.
