The blood pressure-like air pump pryed open the door enough for a four foot curved maybe 20 degree curve, and a 90 degree bend [one inch] at the end was used to hit the "unlock button". I'm glad I had AAA's number in my phone. The other choice would be to call onstar if you have it. I wonder if I can get these on ebay and sell my unlocking services. I'm just afraid that if something is stolen out of a car, people that don't know my personality may think I did it.
