Keith f pulled up to the right of a pickup with no signal [assumingly going straight] at an intersection. The pickup then made a right hand turn in front of him and tore off the front side and bumper of his cobalt and kept driving. Keith remembered the licence plate number and typed it in his phone. He called the police who then wrote him a ticket for using a part of the road that wasn't supposed to be used as a turn lane although it was large enough to be "double wide" but there was no dashed lane [meaning it's only for one car even though it is large enough for two so "illegal use of a lane". Two points for ticket, and two points for being in an accident. Partial fault was given because of the ticket. License suspended for 6 months. 20 hours of community service. The 80 year old had to retake the driver's test, ticket for fleeing accident, not reporting accident [wow. So what do you
do if you don't want points and are in an accident?] and something else. It cost $500 to fix, $125ish
