What is something people can build and take home and pay a nice price premium? I saw a sign for cracker barrel that said ..Eat, shop. relax. That inspired that thought. What if while people wait, they get to have an experience -like spinning pottery on a traditional potter's wheel, and get to paint it themselves. We did that in Mexico with prestamped pottery. They baked it And touched it up. It looked nice and we remember the experience every time to see the items
