Bonanza "A lawmans's Lot is not a Happy One"
Hoss was appointed sheriff although he didn't want to be.
The suitcases flapped around so fast and swang too and fro as if they were empty. Not realistic.
There were some people in a field surveying it. Seeing this the owner said the price just went up. I assume that someone is scheming to inflate the price of the land because the people surveying it are well dressed travelers, and they spotted the owner and a man wanting to buy it arguing in the bushes, and the surveyors laughed. They were not acting like legitimate surveyors. Today, rich people in dirty business dress in clothes appropriate for their work. People wanting to appear rich in a dirty job, but probably aren't, dress in nice clothes that are not very appropriate for the job.
Perhaps rich people know that the more rich you look, the more people will ask you for advice, taking up your time, may ask you for money, or may think of you as stuck up. It is better to be known as modest.
In Bonanza, the bad guy leaders are loud, commanding, and sound confident. I wonder if this antagonistic leadership style comes from a perception of Hitler?
